What to Expect During
Your Inspection
Thorough Inspections: We meticulously examine every key area of your home, including the roof, plumbing, electrical system, heating and air conditioning, structural integrity, and more. No detail is too small for our eagle eyes.
- An on time start
- We encourage our clients to attend the inspection, if possible. An average inspection can take approximately 2 1/2 hours, depending on the size of the property. Even if you make it for the last half an hour it’s helpful to see what we are reporting on.
- Feel free to walk along with our inspectors. We find it’s best if our clients take notes during the inspection and wait until the end so that our inspectors can be 100% focused during the inspection. At the end we will go over our summary and answer all of your questions.
