We needed an inspection fast on a quick close. Rick answered our call on a Sunday morning and was there on Monday afternoon performing the inspection. Rick's customer service was amazing and I'd recommend him to anyone.
We have used The Housedoctors Property Inspections Inc twice now. Once in 2022 for our first home purchase and just now recently. They have been amazing both times. Rick ensures everything is checked and even takes the time to explain things to us. Paulina is so sweet and responsive. We truly appreciate their hard work.

Rick the owner did a very thorough inspection. Sat us down at the end and went over each item, telling us what needs immediate repair and what could wait. Offered himself for further consultation in the future. Personable demeanor and knowledgeable. Would use this company again

The Housedoctors made the home inspection process seamless for me. I am a first time solo homebuyer and they were able to schedule my inspection quickly and answered all of my questions immediately. I was unable to attend the inspection due to work, so the inspector (Rick) called me and discussed the necessary issues in depth. Highly recommend!
